About Us
Founded in 2008, Worcester Music Festival is a free to access music festival with over 250 performances and free music related workshops taking place over three days.
The festival takes place in venues across the city centre – theatres, live music venues, pub back rooms, cafes and bars. In since 2018, we even hosted gigs in a tattoo studio and on a boat!
The festival is a real community effort and a lot of people volunteer their time and effort to make it a success to support the amazing Worcester music scene (and beyond). Thousands of people attend gigs over the three days, with visitors from all across the country.
Well-known names who’ve played at the Festival include: Nigel Clark, [Spunge], Jason Bowld, Jon Gomm and Peace (previously November and The Criminal).
